RESPONSIBILITIES:
ADMINISTRATION
- Order parts for warranty and non-warranty jobs within the Service Centre
- Book all service- related parts
- Follow up on outstanding parts orders
- Liaise with all suppliers and procurement when required
- Follow up on outstanding client payments
- Administrating Board Level Repairs
- Management/control of Loan Devices
SERVICE CENTRE COMMUNICATIONS
- Dealing with quotes/follow up with clients
- Assist with client communication to collect/deliver machines
- Manage the daily Service Centre driver schedule
- Manage Service Centre support tickets
STOCK CONTROL
- Weekly/monthly stock take
- Return of all faulty parts to supplier for credit
- Ensure that annual audit of stock is well prepared in advance
- Parts to be fitted/ returned/ in stock
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Grade 12 / Matric
- 3 years’ Service Administration experience from an IT Retail / Technology environment.
- Computer literate/ techinical orientated
- Able to multi-task with strong customer/ communication skills
- Assertive, vibrant, bubby personality
